1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your payment card details. We may collect usage data such as session counts and feature interactions to improve the product.
2. API Keys
OfferPilot stores AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) locally on your device in the application configuration directory. These keys are not transmitted to OfferPilot servers. API calls go directly from your device to the respective AI provider.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send account-related communications (confirmation, access activation, support responses). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing service@offerpilot.org.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and may use analytics services to understand product usage. Each third party operates under their own privacy policy.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Use OfferPilot at your own risk.
