Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

OfferPilot is a digital software product. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or approved by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. The current billing period will not be refunded, and access continues until the end of that period.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once access is granted. If you have a technical issue preventing you from using the product, please contact support before requesting a refund.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges due to a payment error
• Access was never activated despite successful payment
• Required by applicable consumer protection law
