1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OfferPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use
OfferPilot is an interview preparation and practice tool. You may use it to study, rehearse, and improve your technical interview skills. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with the rules of any employer, interview platform, or institution you interact with. OfferPilot does not endorse or encourage any use that violates third-party terms of service.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at service@offerpilot.org.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until canceled. Lifetime plans are a one-time charge. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and branding in OfferPilot are owned by OLI&OLI LIMITED. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OfferPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of OfferPilot will result in job offers or interview success.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLI&OLI LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of OfferPilot.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OLI&OLI LIMITED is registered.
